Never 3DMark. That tool lies about motion smoothness. Pass: standard deviation under 4.7ms.
Above that, people feel the stutter (even) if they can’t name it.

Running on NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin. You get precise frame timing. No guessing when that frame hits the lens.
(3) OpenGL ES 3.2 + EGLStream (For) kiosks and portable projectors.
Yes, it’s older. But it boots in 800ms and stays stable for 14 hours straight.
Unreal Engine 5.4’s Nanite + Lumen? Don’t do it on consumer projectors. Changing LOD switching causes visible pop-in.
Like watching a JPEG reload mid-frame. And Lumen’s brightness shifts make white text look like it’s breathing (it’s not cute).

Disable vsync. Use adaptive present mode instead. Force sRGB transfer function.
Even if your projector says HDR. Most don’t handle PQ correctly. Cap resolution at 1920×1080 unless you’ve confirmed native res is ≥ 3840×2160.
Guessing gets you blurry edges and motion smear.
